Payments

All sales are final and cannot be negotiated or refunded.

Disclaimer

Maintaining confidentiality and privacy is of the utmost respect. After you are verified and confirm a session, I will collect a 50% non-refundable deposit which will be required to book and secure your appointment. The remaining balance will need to be paid in full by the beginning of the session. Please note that in order to work with me I require verification which includes a visible picture of you and a social profile (LinkedIn) to match or a photo of you holding your ID will do. Please note that this is not a commitment to any particular service, this is a commitment to our time, space, and energy together.

Late Policy

If you arrive late for your appointment, I will be unable to offer the session, and normal charges will apply. Appointment times are arranged specifically for each client. Out of respect and consideration for your provider and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Cancellation Policy

A 24 hour advance notice is required before your session, if you need to cancel or reschedule please contact me as soon as possible. If you are unable to provide the 24 hours notice, you will forfeit your appointment and be charged the full amount without a refund.

Consent & Liability Acknowledgment

I hereby give consent to receive services from Kiyo and I acknowledge and agree that I am doing so at my own risk. My health and safety with respect to such services are my sole responsibility. My decision to receive these services is voluntary, and I know of, understand and assume any and all risks associated therewith. I understand that sacred services are designed to be an ancillary holistic aid and is not a substitute for primary medical treatment for any condition. I assume full responsibility for the receipt and I release and discharge the practitioner from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, actions, or causes of action arising from the services received. I affirm that I have stated all my known medical conditions and answered all questions honestly and I agree to inform the practitioner of any changes in my health. I acknowledge that I have read, and understand the release and indemnification provisions set forth in the preceding paragraphs, and agree to such terms. By booking a session, I hereby waive and release the practitioner from any and all liability, past, present, and future relating to the services provided. I agree and understand that this consent will apply to and govern the current and all future sessions performed by the practitioner and I agree to actively participate, to the best of my ability, in my own healing and growth process.
